Definitions and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 555qq bat platform and all services provided under it. In this document, "Platform" refers to the 555qq bat website, mobile application, and other digital channels. "User" refers to any person who accesses the Platform or uses its services as a registered member. "We", "Company", and "555qq bat" all refer to the same entity.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Account Registration
To use services on 555qq bat, each user must open a personal account. Providing accurate and complete information during registration is mandatory. The Company reserves the right to cancel any account at any time if it was registered using false or incomplete information.
Registration Requirements
- Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be cancelled.
- The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be entirely your own — using another person's information is not permitted.
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
- Registration using any software or automated method is prohibited.
If any information needs to be changed after registration, the support team must be contacted. Withdrawals may be restricted until the information is verified.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
All services on 555qq bat are for persons aged 21 or above only. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time through a National ID card or other valid document.
KYC (Know Your Customer) Process
555qq bat conducts KYC verification to ensure a safe and transparent environment. During this process, the user may be required to submit one of the following documents:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Passport
- Birth Registration Certificate (not applicable as proof of 18+ age; NID or Passport is primarily accepted)
Withdrawals above a certain limit may be held until the verification process is complete. Once verification is successful, all account features will be fully activated.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — your username and password — completely confidential. 555qq bat will not be liable for any transactions carried out if you share this information with anyone or if a third party uses it.
Security Guidelines
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- If you log in on a public or shared device, always log out when your session is over.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
- Do not share OTPs sent from phishing links or unknown sources.
The Company will never ask for your password or OTP over a phone call or email. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
555qq bat handles all transactions through Bangladeshi payment methods. The following methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and the funds may be subject to return in such cases.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- The withdrawal process is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a verified method linked to the account.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if the verification process is incomplete or if there is suspicious activity.
- The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see section 6 for details).
Bonuses and Promotions
555qq bat runs promotional offers from time to time for new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms, and failure to follow these terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.
Welcome Bonus
On their first deposit, users will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Before withdrawing this bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 25 times — meaning bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed.
General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be usable on specified games or categories — each offer's own terms apply.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering conditions are met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- If promotional abuse is proven, the Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonus terms may change at any time; the applicable terms should be read before accepting each offer.

Game Rules
555qq bat offers games across slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, bingo, and other categories. Each game or betting category has its own rules, which can be found on the relevant page or within the game interface.
General Gaming Policy
- The Random Number Generator (RNG) used to determine game outcomes complies with international standards.
- If a bet or game session is interrupted due to an internet disconnection, the result will be determined based on the last state saved in the 555qq bat system.
- The Company reserves the right to correct any incorrectly displayed amounts or winnings caused by a technical error or software issue.
- For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled or refunded according to the applicable rules.
Responsible Gaming
555qq bat believes that recreational gaming should be enjoyed in moderation. If you notice signs of excessive gambling, please read our Responsible Gaming Guidelines and, if needed, set limits on your own account.
VIP Program
The 555qq bat VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tiers are determined based on user activity and participation, and moving to a higher tier brings greater benefits.
Weekly Cashback
A weekly cashback on net losses applies at each VIP tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses
- Silver: up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses
- Gold: up to 1.2% cashback on weekly net losses
Example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Cashback is calculated automatically each week.
VIP Terms
- VIP benefits apply only to active and verified account holders.
- VIP tier changes are at the Company's discretion and prior notice may be given.
- VIP status may be cancelled if the holder is involved in prohibited activities.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555qq bat platform. If such activities are proven, the account may be cancelled and funds may be confiscated:
- Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts or coordinating with others to claim bonuses
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Interfering with, hacking, or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software
- Conducting transactions using another user's identity
- Submitting fraudulent information or documents to the platform
- Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug; if such an error is found, the Company must be notified immediately
Account Suspension and Closure
555qq bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms
- Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
- Proven participation in prohibited activities
- By direction of a legal authority
Closing Your Own Account
Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. It is advisable to withdraw any verified balance before closing the account. Bonus funds held due to incomplete wagering conditions may be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion
As part of responsible gaming, users may apply for a temporary or long-term self-exclusion on their own. While this option is active, access to the account and placing bets will be disabled.
Limitation of Liability
555qq bat strives to deliver its services continuously and to the highest standard. However, in certain circumstances beyond the Company's control, service disruptions may occur — for example due to technical issues, cyber attacks, natural disasters, legal restrictions, or problems with third-party service providers.
- In such circumstances, 555qq bat will not be liable for any resulting losses.
- While efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on the Platform, liability for any errors is limited.
- If an account is accessed without authorisation due to the account holder's failure to follow security guidelines, the account holder themselves is responsible for any resulting losses.

Privacy and Data Protection
555qq bat follows high security standards in collecting, storing, and processing users' personal information. Data is never sold to third parties.
The company may use personal information for certain specific purposes:

- Improving the platform and providing personalised services

Right to Amend Terms
555qq bat reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore advised to visit this page regularly.
